Notre Dame Press joins JSTOR

The University of Notre Dame Press is pleased to announce that it has joined Books at JSTOR, making more than 400 titles available on a platform for discovering and connecting research, images, and primary sources.

The University of Notre Dame Press is the largest Catholic university press in the world, publishing academic and general interest books with a focus on the humanities and social sciences, including religion, theology, history, philosophy, political science and theory, medieval studies, Irish studies, Latin American studies, and international relations.

“We are delighted to welcome the University of Notre Dame Press to JSTOR,” said John Lenahan, Associate Vice President of Journals and Books. “The high quality of their offerings represents an important addition to our program, and will be an esteemed resource for students and scholars around the globe.”

Books at JSTOR offers more than 85,000 ebooks from leading academic publishers, integrated with journals and primary sources on JSTOR’s easy-to-use platform. The program offers an unlimited, DRM-free access model, the ability to cross-search ebooks and journal articles, and chapter-level discovery.

Michelle Sybert, Sales and Development Director at the Press, said, “Our new partnership with JSTOR offers exciting opportunities to connect our books with scholars and students and will facilitate our mission to encourage intellectual exploration and to foster the next generation of scholars and thinkers.”
