How to Order

There are several ways to obtain University of Notre Dame Press publications:

At Bookstores: We encourage individuals to purchase or order books from their local booksellers.

On Our Web Site: Locate the title and edition you want to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. Enter the quantity you need and click the “Add to shopping cart” button. You will be directed to our secure Shopping Cart, which is hosted by the University of Chicago Press Distribution Center. When your order is complete, select the “Proceed to secure checkout” button. From there, complete your order by entering the billing and shipping information and hit the “Submit the Order” button. The order is encrypted so your credit card and billing information is secure. Our shopping cart accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can order books securely from the University of Notre Dame Press web site at any time. Returns Policy

No prior authorization is required, but include a copy of original invoice to receive full credit. Credit will not be given for books that are used, damaged, stickered, shopworn, or otherwise unacceptable for resale.

Payment Information

We require prepayment from individuals by check (drawn from a U.S. bank account and paid in U.S. funds), money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Libraries and bookstores with active accounts will be invoiced when order is accompanied by a purchase order. All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Handling in the U.S.:

Add $5.00 for one book and $1.00 for each additional book.

Shipping and Handling outside the U.S.:

Orders outside the United States will be shipped Air Mail. Please add $8.50 for each book ordered.

Taxes

Indiana residents add 7% sales tax; Illinois residents add 9% sales tax; Canadian residents add 5% GST.
