The University of Notre Dame Press is co-hosting three book events this month and in March. The gatherings will be held in various locations on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. All events are open to the public.
Monday, February 20, 2017, 5:00pm to 6:00pm, The Department of Romance Languages & Literatures and the University of Notre Dame Press will host a book launch for Rousseau and Dignity: Art Serving Humanity, edited by Julia V. Douthwaite. The event will be held at the Coffee Shop in Geddes Hall.
Tuesday, February 28, 2017, 4:30pm to 5:30pm, The Hesburgh Libraries, Medieval Institute, and University of Notre Dame Press cordially invite you to the book launch for A Descriptive Catalogue of the Medieval and Renaissance Manuscripts of the University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College by David T. Gura. The location is Rare Books and Special Collections, Hesburgh Library, Room 102.
Thursday, March 2, 2017, 4:00pm to 5:45pm, The Notre Dame Institute for Advanced Study and the University of Notre Dame Press will present a panel discussion and book launch for Public Intellectuals in the Global Arena: Professors or Pundits, edited by Michael C. Desch, in the Carey Auditorium, Hesburgh Library, and the adjacent Scholars Lounge of the Hesburgh Library.
