Geoffrey Rowell is Bishop of the Church of England Diocese of Gibraltar in Europe. From 1972 to 1993, he was Chaplain, Fellow, and Tutor in Theology at Keble College, Oxford. Among his many books and articles are Hell and the Victorians and The Vision Glorious: Themes and Personalities of the Catholic Revival in the Church of England.
